REFUNDS
For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks unopened and unused with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
EXCHANGES
There is a $5.00 re delivery fee for all exchanges, therefore if you would like to exchange any item, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $5.00 for Australia (cheque/money order or credit card details) for re delivery.
Please do not re–use our courier bag. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We cannot accept any pre paid satchels, envelopes or stamps for redelivery purpose.
