WHAT IS TINY TRAVELLER PRICING POLICY?
Our pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD)
We try to keep our prices consistent. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs.
THE AUSTRALIAN GST?
All prices include GST. GST is payable on all goods delivered after 30th June 2000.
FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS (INCLUDING NEW ZEALAND)
All prices are in Australian dollars. At this stage we do not accept overseas orders.
Postage & Delivery
All oders will be sent within two working days of an order being received and paid for.
For Online Orders a flat rate of $16.50 applies to orders below $151. As part of a new way to make Online shopping even easier and more accessible for our customers, orders that exceed $151 are entitled to FREE DELIVERY.

We deliver by courier and your signature is required on delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be taken to a post office near you, where identifcation will be required to collect your parcel.
We deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 3- 7 working days for delivery. Sorry no C.O.
Placement of Web site Orders
International Orders
Currently, online purchasing through the Westpac Shopping Cart facility is only available to customers who specify a delivery address in Australia. If you are an international user interested in purchasing our products, please contact us with your request. Please note that where delivery charges are indicated on our Web site, these charges are in respect of delivery to postal addresses within Australia only.
Payment Terms
Full payment for products ordered from our web site is required at the time of order through the Westpac Shopping Cart. Tiny Travellers does not offer delayed or payment installments. Payments for goods purchased online are currently accepted by most major credit card.
Completion & Processing Of Orders
Once you have proceeded through the 'Checkout' section of the Westpac Shopping Cart, your online order is completed. Once your order has been processed you will automatically receive and e-mail confirmation of the order.
In the unfortunate incidence of an error during your online ordering, please contact us immediately to discuss whether your order may be re-submitted or cancelled. Please be aware that it is essential for Tiny Travellers to exercise discretion in our decision to allow the cancellation of orders that have been placed through our web site.
